Get ready to ride to the beat, build endurance, climb strong, and have fun in this rhythm-based indoor cycling workout set to energizing music from start to finish.
THE RIDE
We kick things off with two 110 RPM flats to warm up your legs and get your heart rate moving, followed by a standing flat at 86 RPM to bring in more power and intensity.
From there, the ride keeps moving with fun, energizing songs that blend seamlessly from one to the next, creating a non-stop workout that keeps you motivated and moving to the beat.
Then it’s time to climb! Take on a challenging four-song hill at 60 RPM, incorporating intervals throughout the climb to push your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
The ride also includes two fast downhill sections at 100 RPM to pick up the pace and three standing flats at 70 RPM to challenge your legs and stamina out of the saddle.
Finish with a well-earned cooldown, gradually bringing your heart rate down and ending the ride feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.
